Hey y’all,
I’ve been a vegetarian for about eight years now, and a few months ago I decided to take things one step further and excise dairy and eggs from my diet. I started this blog in hopes that it would push me to not only continue eating animal-product free, but to adopt an entirely more conscious lifestyle. I’ll be posting about being vegan in the South, cooking delicious vegan food on a tight time and capital budget, the best garden I can muster while working three jobs, and food manipulation!
